Appreciation Nation Challenge (ANC) #13: Find a Dissenting Voice

In this week's episode, Jason challenges us to look at the five people closest to us and make sure there's a dissenting voice among them to help us grow. Here are the rules:

  1. List. Identify the five people you spend the most time with.

  2. Consider. Evaluate each person on your list. Do they all agree with your perspective most of the time? Is there a 'dissenting voice' among them? Do these people offer you challenges to your way of thinking?

  3. That's it. You have new-found awareness. Unless you want a stretch goal...

Part 2 (Extreme Challenge): Shake it up. Bring someone new into your closer circle who can provide a dissenting voice.
